Besides metal display fixtures, we also produce display fixtures which are made of wood, including solid wood, MDF with painting, plywood, melamine, laminate etc. for different kinds of retail stores.
The logo at the shop front is also important, high-end logos can enhance the level of your store, even your brand. We have an independent workshop to make face-lit LED logos, back-lit LED logos and light boxes etc.
The first step is enquiry. We can provide one stop cousomized display solution for retail store fixtures, and we also sell regular display fixtures. For customized projects, clients need to provide detailed drawings of products with sizes, materials and quantities information. Or clients tell us the rough idea about how he/she wants his/her store to be looked like, or what kind of style/material is top-priority. For regular products is kind of simple, clients check our website and just tell us what items and quantity do they need.
The second step is cost calculating by our engineer department. After receiving clients detailed drawings or requirements, our engineers will study the documents and check related costs (material cost, labor cost, package cost etc.) with production department and purchasing department. Or after the client told us the rough idea of retail display solution they prefered for their sore, our engineer department will provide some suggestions and then do the quoting. The financial department will do final check before quotation be sent to clients.
The third step is display munufacture. After the quotation is accepted and we received the deposit from client, we will arrange the mass production based on confirmed drawings. In order to make the products correctly, sometimes we will make a sample first which will take 7-10 days. Sample will be sent to client to be checked. After the sample is approved, then comes the mass production part which will take 15-30 days depends on different kind of projects. And pre-installation will be finished before shipment.
The fourth step is packing and cargo delivery. During the mass production, normally clients will come to our factory to do quality inspection. After the quality is approved by client, we will start packing by export cartons or wooden boxes (depends of what kind of products and clients’ requirements of store display supplies). When everything is ready, the forwder agent will arrange the shipment, the regular shipment way is by sea or by air, sometimes also by trains. Shipment documents will be provided to clients after shipping.
